The holiday flat is in the centre of Übersee. There are various shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The train station (and bus stop) can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. This offers a direct connection to Munich or Salzburg. The south-east balcony offers idyllic mountain views of Hochgern and Hochfelln.
