Baderbräu Schnaitsee

Six friends, one passion, one brewery
A Bavarian town without a brewery "That doesn't work," said six friends, and in 2005 they founded Baderbräu without further ado. When you first visit the brewery in the Schnaitseer Baderhaus from 1532, you can see that brewing is still artisanal. According to the principle of "doing business regionally and acting ecologically", brewer Edmund Ernst brews a wheat beer in the small brewhouse all year round and a dark export at Christmas time. With the artisan and traditionally brewed beers, the Baderbäu sets a strong contrast to the industrial beer of the large corporations. The beers are still filled by hand in the striking one-liter bottles. The Bräustüberl opens its doors every Thursday - when it's not beer garden weather, it's cozy there, and the round in the small room is sociable.
