Tour description:

From the Achberg hiking car park, you can enjoy cycling up through the mountain forest past the Chiemhauser Alm, where you can enjoy the view towards Geigelstein. You can park your mountain bike at the entrance to the Kroatensteig or next to the Chiemhauser Alm. Now you hike over the Kroatensteig to the Taubensee, which you reach after about an hour. The beautiful mountain lake is also called the eye of the Chiemgau and is one of the highest lakes in Germany. Back at the Chiemhauser Alm you can spoil yourself with typical alpine delicacies before you cycle back to the starting point.
