Shopping list:

3 whitefish (approx. 350g)
175g flour
2 lemons
50g clarified butter
100g butter
parsley

Preparation

Wash and drythe whitefish. Season with salt, pepper and lemon and coat with flour. Then fry in clarified butter. Dissolve the butter. Add the lemon fillets and parsley and pour over the whitefish. Serve with boiled potatoes and lettuce.
