Tour description:

The route starts at the Geigelstein car park in Ettenhausen, from there the former ski slope leads to the Wirtsalm, where you keep slightly to the right until you reach a saddle. Then you go right along the ridge directly up to the summit of the Geigelstein. From there you ski down to the Oberkaseralm and then climb back up to the Mühlhornwand. Here the descent goes down to the access road and further to the Priener Hütte, which is also open in winter. Behind the hut you should keep slightly to the right. It goes up to the saddle, which is within sight. From the saddle, you go to the right onto the wide summit ridge of the Breitenstein. Depending on the possibility and conditions, the last highlight of the tour is to go back down to the Wuhrstein Alm and continue on the former ski slope into the valley.
