The apartment is located in a family house with a granny annexe on the upper floor with private access and south-facing balcony. It is 45 square meters and consists of bathroom, hallway, kitchen with dining area and bedroom-living room for 2 people. The house was built in 1998 and is located in a very quiet area. The Chiemsee can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. The apartment is equipped with central heating, WLAN, cable-Sat-TV. Lawn for sunbathing, barbecue facilities and parking is available for our guests. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable garage.
