Our fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and our spacious living room invites you to relax. In our bedrooms you will find oases of retreat for your soul. On our large south-facing balcony you can enjoy sunbathing and the view of the Bavarian mountains. Our new bathroom is equipped with shower and bathtub, and there is also a separate WC. Towels, bed linen and cleaning are included.
Our flat is located in the heart of Übersee in the Upper Bavarian Chiemgau. Übersee offers countless possibilities for organising your holiday. From the steamer landing stage you can discover the Herreninsel with King Ludwig II's magnificent castle, or visit the "power place" Fraueninsel with the monastery and the Minster Church. Explore the Salzburg and Berchtesgadener Land. Whether you want to hike, cycle or explore, you'll find it, great places await you.
And if you spend the day at the lake swimming and chilling, don't forget to pack a jacket to see the most beautiful sunset at the lake in the evening and feel the power of the Chiemgau.
