On the outskirts of Marquartstein, in a quiet location, 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of the village and the nearest shopping facilities, our holiday flat is a good starting point for hikes and bike tours. The large all-round corner balcony invites you to relax with the available furniture. Numerous lakes in the near and far surroundings offer sufficient bathing possibilities. In winter, you can reach the Winkelmoos-Steinplatte skiing area by car in 20 minutes, and if there is enough snow, there are numerous cross-country ski trails in the Achental valley. The cellar room belonging to the flat can be used by the guest, e.g. to store hiking or skiing equipment. Four bicycles belonging to the flat are available to our guests at any time.
