Our well-kept house is located in the district of Egerer. The covered south terrace is equipped with garden furniture. In the covered carport you can store your car as well as your bicycles. Shopping and refreshment facilities such as a bakery, discount store and an inn are within easy walking distance. The bus stop is also a few minutes walk from our house. A bike path with a wonderful view to the Chiemgau Alps, the Chiemsee with the Fraueninsel connects the village Egerer with Chieming. From our house you can make wonderful bike tours for example around the Chiemsee.
