The house is located on the outskirts of Grassau in the immediate vicinity of the 18-hole golf course. The town center with numerous stores and restaurants is about 2 km away and is also easily accessible via footpaths. Ideal starting point for sports activities such as cycling and hiking tours, but also for cultural excursions, for example to the nearby Herrenchiemsee Castle or to Salzburg, 40 minutes away.
