Experience more than 200 years of fire service history in Europe's largest voluntary fire service museum. Over 120 large exhibits and more than 5,000 smaller exhibits are available on around 4,500 m² of exhibition space. The development of firefighting can be observed from the fire brigade helmet to the airport fire engine.
In addition, the facility is family-friendly, for example, children can drive through the museum on bobby cars.
Since the museum is run by volunteers, it is only open on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
