Your vacation home is located directly at the foot of the Rauschberg.Through your separate entrance you enter the airy, bright rooms of our vacation apartment furnished with attention to detail. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Rauschberg and the surrounding mountains from the living-dining room with its large panoramic window front or from the large balcony. Watch the action on the golf course in summer, the cross-country ski trail in winter or simply relax on the comfortable couch. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (with freezer), hob with four stoves, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, egg boiler, kettle and blender and invites you with a modern seating area for meals together or sociable game evenings. You will find peace for reading in the separate reading corner of the apartment.In 2 bedrooms with a cozy ambience and great room height, a double bed with comfortable height and high-quality mattresses promises you a restful sleep in each case. From here you can also enjoy the view of the Zellerberg, which ignites a firework of colors in autumn.You will be thrilled by the pleasant indoor climate of our all-wood house.Free fast internet connection via free WLAN as well as LAN connections in all rooms are of course available.The apartment is located directly on the golf course. The start at the clubhouse is within walking distance in only about 5 to 10 minutes.From the front door you can directly start your bike and hiking tours and in winter directly enter the extensive network of cross-country ski trails.The Chiemsee is not far and should you have a desire for culture: Munich and Salzburg are not far and can also be reached comfortably by train.Dreamlike surroundings, an apartment with absolute feel-good character and a wide-ranging leisure program will quickly make you forget everyday life and bring you relaxation and unforgettable days in return.
