The 1,674 meter high Hochfelln towers over the climatic health resort of Bergen . Take a break in (the) mountains and enjoy simply sitting there on the viewing terrace of the Chiemgau and watching. A 360 degree panorama with over 200 peaks of the central Alps on one side and the Chiemsee and the wide foothills of the Alps on the other. So nice!
The Hochfellnseilbahn travels in two sections, first to the middle station and - after a short change - to the Hochfellnhaus on the summit. There you have the opportunity to stop for a break on the sun terrace, a circular hike on the geological nature trail or the Taborkapelle, which is also worth a visit. From the middle station you can reach the Bründlingalm , the Öder- or Bachschmiedkaser in a few minutes.
