Route : Seegatterl (761m) - Hahnfilzenalm - Winklmoosalm (1150 m) - Rosshütte - Schwarzlofergraben - Seegatterl
The round starts at the hiking car park in Seegatterl , about five kilometers east of Reit im Winkl. Mountain bikers and e-mountain bikers do not take the busy toll road, but the forest road that branches off to the left of the toll station. At first, this wide gravel road runs quite steeply through the mountain forest in the direction of Winklmoos-Alm , becomes flatter after about 300 meters in altitude and, after a short descent, leads steeply again to the left past the Hahnfilzen forest hut. After 300m you reach a short trail that leads to the extensive alpine pasture area of the Winklmoos. The first glance is characterized by the church of St. Johann in the mountains with the scenery of the Loferer Steinberge in the background. On the sun terraces of the many restaurants and huts you can enjoy wonderful views of the Dürrnbachhorn in the north-east and the Steinplatte with its lifts in the south. There are nice playgrounds for children up here. Passing the valley station of the Rossalmbahn , you then leave the Winklmosalm to the southwest and roll on a wide forest road through the Ebenwald and around the Sondersberg. You always follow the Schwarzlofergraben through its shady valley to the starting point of the tour at Seegatterl .

Coming from Munich or Salzburg on the Budesautobahn Munich - Salzburg (A8 to Grabenstätt exit no. 109), continue in the direction of Marquartstein and on the well-developed German Alpine Road (B305) to Reit im Winkl. At the entrance to the town (Entfelden) in the direction of Ruhpolding, approx. 5 km to the Seegatterl district. Car park: Seegatterl, 83242 Reit im Winkl. From Munich or Innsbruck on the federal autobhan Rosenheim - Innsbruck (A93) to Oberaudorf (exit no. 59), further to Walchsee, Kössen and Reit im Winkl. Continue on the B 305 to Ruhpolding, approx. 5 km to the Seegatterl district. Car park: Seegatterl, 83242 Reit im Winkl.
