Visit to the idyllic plateau of the traditional Hermmersuppenalm.
Visit to the idyllic plateau of the traditional Hermmersuppenalm.
Tour description:
Highlights on the tour: stop at the Hindenburghütte, a visit to St. Anna's chapel, St. Mary's chapel.
From the starting point at the tourist information office we follow the signs to Seegatterl.
Follow the forest road towards Nattersbergalm. Shortly before the Nattersbergalm (Knogleralm junction) the tour continues to the right in the direction of the Hindenburghütte. The climbs through the beautiful mountain forest should not be underestimated.
When you arrive at the Hindenburghütte restaurant, the signposted path continues to the Obere Hemmersuppenalm with the beautifully situated St. Anna's Chapel. The tour back to the starting point takes the same route.
A visit during the July 27th holiday of St. Anna's on the Hemmersuppenalm in the St. Anna's chapel is worthwhile.
