In Gstadt am Chiemsee, just 150 meters from the shore of Lake Chiemsee, opposite the Fraueninsel, our sustainable and smart vacation apartment is centrally located and yet very quiet and sheltered. From here there is plenty to experience and numerous excursion tips.

The topic of holistic sustainability plays a major role for us in the construction, furnishing and operation of our "green" vacation home in various areas.
The architecture of the house was adapted to the surroundings. Local craftsmen from the Chiemgau region and around Lake Chiemsee were given preference. With sustainability in mind, the house was built using low-pollutant, environmentally friendly and natural materials. Thanks to the energy-efficient geothermal heat pump heating, equipped with a cooling function and a centrally controlled ventilation system, as well as exclusive LED lighting, our vacation home requires only half the total energy of a new energy-efficient residential building.
The ongoing Co2 savings amount to more than 10 tons per year and thus almost offset our own Co2 footprint.
Sailors and surfers take advantage of the good wind conditions on Lake Chiemsee. Canoes, paddle boats, electric/pedal boats and bicycles can be hired just around the corner. Whether it's a short bike ride or an ambitious mountain bike tour, the Chiemgau offers cyclists and mountain bikers a variety of options of all lengths and fitness levels.
Enjoy the view and the feeling of happiness on our numerous hiking trails around the lake or on one of the nearby mountain peaks.

In winter you can look forward to the annual Biathlon World Cup in Ruhpolding, winter hiking trails, groomed cross-country ski trails and the nearby vacation ski areas of Winklmoos, Steinplatte, Kampenwand or St. Johann in Tirol.
