Around Gscheuerwand

The tour starts at the tourist information office in Schleching and initially leads along the Tiroler Ache to Wagrain. From there you take the tarred road to Achberg and then the forest road to Haideralm. Here you can briefly enjoy the view towards the Kaiser Mountains and then follow the forest road towards Gscheuerwand. If you have enough time and want to enjoy a wonderful view over the entire Achental, a detour from the main route to Gscheuerwand is recommended. The easily navigable forest road then continues past Balsberg to Unterwössen. From there you go on a flat route along the Tiroler Ache back to Schleching.
