Tour description:

The starting point for the ski tour is the Seegatterl car park near Reit im Winkl . From here you follow the ascent trail in the direction of the Hindenburghütte. Past the Nattersbergalm you continue uphill to the Hemmersuppenalm-Eggenalm junction . Further through a forest you finally reach the alpine pasture area of the Oberen Hemmersuppenalm . From here, the ski tour continues west to the Eggenalm , from where you can head south over the Eggenalmkogel to the highest point of your ski tour. Enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains high up in the Chiemgau Alps. If you want to go further up, you can make a detour to the Fellhorn .

From the Eggenalm, the ski tour continues eastwards to the Schuhmackerkreuz (attention: make sure to stay on the north side here). Again and again it goes uphill and down over the plateau until you reach the Durchkaseralmen and then the parking spaces on the Steinplatte . From the parking lot, the ski tour leads over the slope to the Möseralm . The descent is via the Roßalm and finally back to the starting point in Seegatterl .

Note: the tour from the Obere Hemmersuppenalm to the Durchkaseralmen or Fellhorn runs in the open ski area.

Arrival by car

Coming from Munich or Salzburg on the Munich - Salzburg motorway (A8 to Grabenstätt exit no. 109), continue towards Marquartstein and on the well-developed German Alpine road (B305) to Reit im Winkl.

At the entrance to the village (Entfelden) in the direction of Ruhpolding approx. 5 km to the Seegatterl district. Parking: -Seegatterl, 83242 Reit im Winkl.

Coming from Munich or Innsbruck on the Rosenheim - Innsbruck motorway (A93) to Oberaudorf (exit 59). Continue to Walchsee, Kössen and Reit im Winkl. At the entrance to the village (Entfelden) in the direction of Ruhpolding approx. 5 km to the Seegatterl district. Parking: -Seegatterl 83242 Reit im Winkl.

Arrival by public transport

Connections to Reit im Winkl from the Prien am Chiemsee train station (best bus connection !!), stop directly at the tourist information office.

With the shuttle bus (RVO) from the tourist information every half hour to Seegatterl.

Connections to Reit im Winkl from Ruhpolding train station with the RVO line 9506.
