Swimming paradise Griessee
The Griessee with its lido can be described as a true bathing paradise . The Moorsee is located between Obing and Seeon in the north of the Chiemgau and is in the middle of theSeeoner Seen nature reserve . Thanks to its moor water , the Griessee has excellent water quality and pleasantly warm water temperatures .
The slowly sloping shore takes you comfortably and relaxed into the cool lake water. In addition, footbridges make it easier to enter the Griessee. Treat yourself to a refreshment and swim your lengths through the clear water. The brave dare to climb the diving board and find their way into the lake. Along the flat shore area, a designated non-swimmer area ensures bathing fun even for the little ones. Outside the water, a playground with a sandbox and swings and a beach volleyball court guarantee fun and action.
Pure relaxation at the Griessee
After a swim in the Griessee, make yourself comfortable on the large sunbathing area of the lido. Relax and enjoy the pleasantly warm rays of sunshine. Shade seekers will find their favorite spot under one of the many trees. In between, a kiosk in the bathing area takes care of your physical well-being and offers bathers a selection of cool drinks and tasty snacks to strengthen themselves.
Tip
Together with six other lakes, the Griessee forms the Seeoner Seen nature reserve. The nature reserve has a diverse flora and fauna that you can explore on foot or by bike. Set off and discover a unique natural landscape!
