The home brewers of the Chiemgau

Hops, barley and water. Nothing else is allowed in a Bavarian beer, as laid down in the Purity Law in 1516. In addition, the Heimatbrauer, an association of breweries on Lake Chiemsee and in Chiemgau, stand for high quality, sustainability and innovation. This is demonstrated not only by the satisfaction of the guests, but also by the national and international awards.
